License Terms

Your purchased product may be used as part of a new, original musical work.

Allowed

• Release finished songs commercially.
• Upload finished songs to YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, TikTok, and streaming platforms.
• Monetize finished songs that include the purchased product as part of a new production.

Not Allowed

• Register the beat, stems, loops, source files, or unmodified product files with Content ID, YouTube Content ID, Facebook Rights Manager, TikTok Content ID, Audible Magic, Identifyy, AdRev, or similar rights-management systems.
• Redistribute, resell, share, sublicense, upload, or package the original beat, stems, loops, presets, project files, or source files in any form.
• Sell the product as a beat pack, sample pack, drum kit, preset pack, project template, or competing product.
• Transfer, resell, or sublicense your license to another person or company.

Ownership of the original source files remains with Canny Beats. Commercial use is permitted only when the product is incorporated into a new musical work with substantial creative contribution from the customer.
